Please read our policies carefully before placing an order. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Last updated: July 2026.

Section 01

Return & Refund Policy

A. Standard Catalog Items

We maintain strict quality checks across every shipment. Our return window is intentionally narrow to protect the integrity of our handcrafted products and prevent misuse.

→Return Window: We offer a 3-Day Return Window from the confirmed date of delivery — and only under the following qualifying conditions: defective product, damaged-in-transit item, or incorrect item delivered.
→Non-Eligible Returns: We do not accept returns for sizing issues, incorrect size selection by the customer, or a change of mind. We strongly recommend referring to our size chart before ordering.
→Unboxing Video — Mandatory: An unboxing video (filmed continuously from the sealed, unopened package through to the visibility of any defect or damage) is strictly mandatory to process any return or damage claim. Claims submitted without video evidence will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Mandatory: Start recording before you open the package. A post-opening video or photos alone will NOT qualify for a return claim.

B. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Every custom outfit is individually tailored to your exact measurements and specifications. Because these pieces are made exclusively for you, they cannot be restocked or resold.

→No Returns or Exchanges: We strictly do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom or made-to-order garments. This policy is absolute and not subject to exceptions.
→Prepaid Only — COD Not Available: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for custom orders. All custom orders must be 100% prepaid at the time of order confirmation to initiate production.
→Measurement Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate measurements. We recommend consulting a local tailor to confirm your measurements before placing a custom order. Alterations due to measurement errors are chargeable separately.

No exceptions apply. By placing a custom order and completing payment, you acknowledge and accept that no return, refund, or exchange will be processed regardless of circumstances.

Section 02

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund framework for different order stages and payment methods.

A. Before Dispatch

→Full Refund: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it for a 100% full refund — including the ₹200 COD advance (if applicable).
→How to Cancel: Cancel directly from your My Orders dashboard, or contact us via email or WhatsApp.

B. After Dispatch — Prepaid Orders

→Operational Cost Deduction: If your prepaid order has already been dispatched, a flat ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover operational and logistics costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

C. After Dispatch — COD Orders

→Advance Non-Refundable: If your COD order has already been dispatched, the ₹200 online advance is strictly non-refundable. This amount covers logistics and processing costs that have already been incurred.
→Delivery Refusal: If you refuse delivery of a COD order, the ₹200 advance will not be refunded.

D. Custom / Made-to-Order Orders

→Zero Cancellation Period: Custom orders have absolutely no cancellation window. Once a custom order is placed and payment is received, material allocation begins immediately. Therefore, no cancellations, changes, or refunds are permitted under any circumstances — regardless of the stage of production.

Strictly Non-Negotiable. By placing a custom order and completing payment, you acknowledge that production commences immediately and no cancellation, modification, or refund request will be entertained at any point.

E. Refund Processing Timelines

→Approval & Inspection: Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after the return is approved (for returns) or the cancellation is confirmed (for cancellations).
→Bank Reflection: Once processed from our end, refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account or original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.
→Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not process refunds to alternate accounts.

Refund timelines are indicative and subject to your bank's processing schedule. Payalum Style is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Section 03

Shipping & Payment Policy

→Payment Options: We accept Prepaid (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for all standard catalog items. COD orders require a mandatory ₹200 online advance to confirm the order; the remaining balance is collected in cash at the time of delivery. Custom orders are 100% prepaid only — COD is not available for custom/made-to-order items.
→Order Processing Time: Standard catalog orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Custom orders typically require 7–14 business days depending on complexity and current order volume.
→Delivery Estimate: Once dispatched, standard deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days at any location across India. Remote and Tier-3 locations may take an additional 2–3 days.
→Tracking Details: Tracking information (courier name + tracking link) will be shared via Email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also view tracking updates in your My Orders dashboard if you have a registered account.
→Shipping Charges: Shipping is complimentary on all orders across India. We currently ship within India only.

Business Days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be queued for the next working day.

Privacy Policy

At Payalum Style, your privacy is not a footnote — it is a commitment. We are transparent about what we collect and exactly how it is used.

→Data We Collect: We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order: your Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Shipping Address. If you register an account, this data is securely stored and linked to your profile for order tracking convenience.
→How We Use Your Data: Your personal information is used solely to process your order, arrange shipping, provide order status updates, and offer post-purchase support. We do not use your data for any other commercial purpose without your explicit consent.
→Cookies & Tracking Pixels: Our website uses cookies and third-party tracking pixels (including Meta/Facebook Pixel) for the following purposes: Essential Cookies maintain your session, shopping cart, and login state. Analytics Cookies help us understand site traffic patterns and page performance to improve your shopping experience. Marketing Pixels serve relevant advertisements on third-party platforms (such as Facebook/Instagram) based on your browsing activity on our site. These pixels may collect anonymised data about pages visited and actions taken (e.g., product views, add-to-cart). You may disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; however, disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the website. For marketing pixels, you can opt out through the respective platform's ad preference settings.
→No Third-Party Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third-party marketing agencies, advertisers, or data brokers. Your information stays within the Payalum Style ecosystem. Tracking pixels transmit anonymised interaction data to their respective platforms for ad targeting, but your personal details — name, email, phone, address — are never shared with these services.
→Data Security: Your data is stored securely on our encrypted cloud infrastructure and protected by industry-standard security practices. Authentication is managed via secure, encrypted session tokens with automatic expiry.
→Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at payalumstyle@gmail.com. We will respond within 7 business days.

By placing an order with Payalum Style — whether as a guest or a registered customer — you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above, including the use of cookies and tracking pixels.

General Terms

→Intellectual Property: All content on this website — including but not limited to product photographs, designs, logos, text, graphics, and UI elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Payalum Style. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
→Limitation of Liability: Payalum Style shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from courier delays, payment gateway downtimes, or force majeure events.
→Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These policies and any disputes arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sangli District, Maharashtra, India.
→Force Majeure: Payalum Style shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, courier strikes, supply chain disruptions, or internet/power outages.
→Policy Amendments: Payalum Style reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. We encourage customers to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
